The Merger
This purpose of this project was to Correlate design components through comprehensive thinking and integration. The project was a mixed used development, consisting of two big box stores (Aldis and REI) A health club including a pool, Speculative commercial, Residential units (180 units) and on site parking for all included.
The design intention was for the site to be an active and successful space, bridging the surrounding areas. Thus providing a mixed use block with proper frontage, eyes on the street without losing the sense of order and décor. With the correct placement of structures based on form and function, I derived a simple correspondence or balance of design components through comprehensive thinking and integration.
This entire project was modeled in BIM (revit) and rendered with enscape.
