This was a project done for a specific location. The location was The Bahamas, an Archipelago of Islands off the coast of Florida.

It was a background building that needed to fit well with the surrounding context. It included a storefront retail space on the ground floor and residential units above.

Due to the nature of the project the International Building code was referenced.  This project was completed using a combination of Hand Drafting and Photoshop.
