​This project, an extension to the existing Inn, located in Washington, Virginia, was designed to enhance the beauty and viability of this unique area. This addition will add to the historic fabric of Washington. The recent addition of the Conservatory and the new façade on The Inn, was the first part in this expansion.
The goals of the proposed expansion include: 
An enhancement of the street frontage on Middle and Gay Streets. 
A new reception building to receive the Inn’s guests. 
Renovations and additions to the Blue House and White House. 
Eight new guest suites distributed across two buildings – the Courtyard House and the Carriage House. 
Improved connections and flow to the back–of–house and kitchen. 
New courtyard unifying all buildings; existing and proposed. 
I worked directly with the principals on plans, elevations and 3-D visualization to ensure the success of this project.
This Project was developed and completed through hand sketches , Autocad, Revit, Lumion & Photoshop.
