The proposal for this residence was to marry efficiency and functionality all while integrating nature’s beauty. The project consisted of a main house and a carriage house. The design intention was for the Main house and the Carriage House to be bridge together through a network of landscaping forming an inviting courtyard. 
I worked overall design of plans and elevations from schematic design to CA, under direction of the firm’s principals. I also developed a series of 3-D+ visualization renderings for the project.
This entire project was modeled in BIM (Revit) and rendered with Lumion.
